Abhilash Anthony

Abhilash Anthony has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Abhilash began their career as a Guest Relations Executive at Wonderla Holidays Ltd. in 2014. In 2015, they worked as an HR Trainee at Magma Fincorp Ltd. Abhilash then moved on to HDB Financial Services Ltd., where they held multiple HR roles, including Human Resources Executive, Associate HR, and HR Manager from 2016 to 2019. Abhilash then joined Axis Bank, starting as a Deputy Manager Human Resources in 2019 and later being promoted to Manager Human Resources in 2021. Currently, Abhilash is serving as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Equitas Small Finance Bank, a position they have held since 2023.

Abhilash Anthony obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources from the Global Academy of Technology in Bangalore from 2012 to 2014.
