Shiva Kumar Gupta

Shiva Kumar Gupta has a diverse work experience in the financial services industry. Shiva started their career as a Product Manager at HDFC securities in 2015, where they handled various asset-based products and managed a team. In 2016, they joined L&T Financial Services as a Business Manager, where they focused on credit appraisal, sales of home loans and loan against property, and team management. Currently, Gupta is working at Equitas Small Finance Bank as a Branch Head, leading a team of 8 bankers and overseeing the sales and credit appraisal of various loan products. Shiva has achieved significant business development in Hyderabad.
