Tory Davidson

Tory Davidson is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications and community engagement. Currently serving as Senior Lead for Corporate Communications at Kyndryl, Tory successfully managed the launch of Kyndryl's inaugural Corporate Citizenship (ESG) Report, earning recognition from the CEO. In previous roles, Tory has excelled as Executive Communications Manager at Equitech Futures and Community Manager at Indeed.com, where responsibilities included overseeing internal communications strategies for UX operations. At Morningstar, Tory held positions as Senior Manager and Employee Campaign Manager, leading sustainability reporting and earning multiple awards for communication strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additional experience includes managing marketing efforts at Storycatchers Theatre and serving as a Thomas J. Watson Fellow focusing on theatre in displaced communities. Tory holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Theatre from Whitman College and has completed the Women in Tech Leadership Accelerator program.
