Martha Varinsky

Martha Varinsky has a strong background in human resources and communications, with over 20 years of experience. Martha most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Equiton Inc. Prior to that, they held similar roles at Whitehorse Liquidity Partners and HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan). At HOOPP, Martha held various positions including Vice President of HR & Communications, AVP of HR & Communications, and Director of Marketing & Communications. Martha also worked as a Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness at HOOPP and as a Human Resources Business Partner at Hospitals Of Ontario Pension Plan. Martha has a track record of developing and implementing strategic initiatives for internal communications, employee engagement, and culture.

Martha Varinsky has an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics & Modern Languages from McMaster University. Martha also has a Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources from Sheridan College.
