Carol Woodruff has a strong background in information systems and project management. Carol started their career at Farm Bureau Financial Services in 1992, where they served as a LAN Administrator and later as a Senior Project Manager until 2003. In 2003, they joined EquiTrust Life Insurance Company, initially as a Senior Project Manager and later progressed to the role of Solutions Architect. Carol then held positions as Director and Vice President of Information Systems at EquiTrust, before their most recent role as Vice President, which they have held since December 2015.
Carol Woodruff obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Work and Political Science from Luther College, where they studied from 1979 to 1983. Carol later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Iowa State University, completing their studies from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Carol Woodruff has obtained several certifications, including an Associate in Customer Service, an Associate in Financial Services, and a Fellow of the Life Management Institute, all from LOMA. Carol achieved these certifications in 2007 and 2009.
