Tom Thayer

Tom Thayer has over 20 years of work experience, starting with their service in the United States Marine Corps from 1999 to 2004. After their military service, they worked as an Insurance Agent at Decision 1 Financial from 2008 to 2014. Following this role, they joined Athene as a Business Development Wholesaler from 2014 to 2017. Tom then worked as an External Wholesaler at Crump Life Insurance Services from 2017 to 2021. Tom's most recent positions include Regional Vice President at AMS Financial Solutions Group from 2021 to 2023, and currently, they hold the position of Regional Vice President of Sales at EquiTrust Life Insurance Company.

Tom Thayer obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Northern Colorado, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained a Series 6 certification from Crump Life Insurance Services in May 2018.
