Bryan Auten

Bryan Auten has extensive work experience in project management, technology delivery management, and change management roles. Bryan has held positions at various companies, including Equity Bank, where they currently serve as the Director of Project Management | VP. Bryan's previous roles include Director of Technology Delivery Management at CURO Financial Technologies Corp, where they oversaw project and delivery managers and ensured the successful on-time delivery of programs and projects. Bryan also served as an IT Software Release Manager and Project Integration Manager at CURO Financial Technologies Corp, where they managed projects and led cross-departmental initiatives. Prior to that, Bryan worked at AGCO Corporation as a Project Manager, Production Supervisor, and Continuous Improvement Engineer, where they focused on reducing costs, improving efficiency, and driving continuous improvement. Bryan also has experience at Unilever and Spherion, where they led continuous improvement initiatives and evaluated target areas for process improvement. Additionally, Bryan has served as the Coordinator of Officials for both the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference and the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference in the sports of men's and women's soccer. Bryan Auten earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Friends University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
