The Operations Team at Equity Bank ensures efficient and effective daily banking activities, manages loan and mortgage processing, oversees card services, and maintains high standards of customer service. They also develop and implement deposit strategies, coordinate training and project management, and continually improve operational processes across Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
