Larisa Semmel Drake

Larisa Semmel Drake has a diverse and extensive work experience. Larisa Semmel has held various leadership roles in marketing and sales. Larisa started their career at Leo Burnett as a Media Buyer & Planner before becoming a Media Supervisor. Larisa Semmel then joined Discover Financial Services, where they held positions such as Manager, Sponsorships and Consumer Promotions, Senior Manager, Strategic Planning and Development, and Senior Manager, Rewards Marketing. Larisa later became the Director of Rewards Marketing and Product Management, Director of Acquisition Marketing, VP of Brand Communications, and finally VP of Marketing Operations, overseeing marketing teams and strategies. In 2013, they joined Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Marketing, and subsequently became the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer. Currently, Larisa serves as a Board Member at SiteOne Landscape Supply, LLC.

Larisa Semmel Drake earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from Northwestern University in 1993. Larisa Semmel then pursued a Master of Liberal Arts degree from the University of Chicago from 1998 to 2001. In 2012, Larisa completed their education by obtaining an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
