Luke Beck

Luke Beck has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Luke started their career as a Computer Sales Associate at Best Buy in 2004, where they focused on meeting sales goals and improving customer satisfaction. In 2005, Luke joined the United States Army and served as a Small Unit Leader during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Luke was responsible for the security and renovation of neighborhoods in Baghdad, as well as the development of local businesses. After completing their military service in 2009, Luke joined U.S. Bank and held various roles, including Retail Collections Team Lead and Supervisor. Luke'sresponsibilities included managing a multi-million dollar inventory, employee engagement, leadership development, and hiring new candidates. In 2018, Luke transitioned to Equity Staffing Group, where they currently hold the position of Director of Recruiting. Luke is responsible for full cycle recruiting and maintaining relationships with candidates, as well as establishing growth opportunities. Overall, Luke's experience includes sales, leadership, project management, and recruiting.

Luke Beck has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of Minnesota. In addition to their degree, they have obtained three certifications, including "How to Network When You Don't Like Networking" and "Change Management Foundations" from LinkedIn, both obtained in May 2023. Luke also obtained the certification "Change Management Tips for Individuals" from LinkedIn in May 2023.
