Ashley Joseph, MPH

Ashley Joseph, MPH has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. In 2015, they worked as a National Health Corps Health Educator at the Respiratory Health Association, where they communicated and demonstrated proper asthma treatment and medications to 1200 adult caregivers and 950 students as a bilingual asthma educator (Spanish/English). Ashley also recruited and scheduled schools for asthma management classes, evaluated programs, and coordinated event planning for lung health programs. In 2017, they worked as a Project Assistant for Diversity and Inclusion at NYC Health + Hospitals, a Patient Flow and Operations Analyst at Mount Sinai Brooklyn, a Policy/Data Analyst Intern at ChildFund International, and a Research Assistant at Montefiore Health System. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as an Administrative Fellow at the Hospital Association of Southern California and Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital, a Health Education Specialist at Harlem Children's Zone, and an Assistant Director of Behavioral Health at NYC Health + Hospitals. Currently, they are a Clinical Administrative Director at Latitude Mental Health and a Customer Success Manager at Equiva Health.

Ashley Joseph, MPH holds a Masters in Public Health (M.P.H.) from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, where they studied Sociomedical Sciences and received a Certificate in Health Policy and Practice. Ashley also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) /Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from University of California, Los Angeles, where they studied Psychobiology and International Development Studies. Additionally, they have a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
