Allen is Senior Vice President of Equix Broadband, Inc. Allen has over twenty-five years of experience in telecommunications. In his role, Allen is responsible for strategic growth and operations. Allen joined Equix after twenty years with the Ledcor Group, a diversified North American construction, and services company, where he served as the Vice President of Ledcor Technical Services. Before Ledcor, Allen spent five years with C&S Contract Services, Inc, a telecommunications engineering and project management firm out of Martinsville, IN. Allen worked across the Midwestern US in civil and commercial construction earlier in his career, starting at an entry-level position. Allen studied Administration of Justice at SIU Carbondale (Illinois) and earned an MBA from the AB Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.
