Jason Kraus

Jason Kraus is a seasoned professional in the venture capital sector with extensive experience as a Partner at EQx Fund, specializing in high-growth startups in technology, life sciences, and consumer products since January 2018. As the Founder and CEO of Prepare 4 VC, Jason provides guidance on funding strategies for businesses at various stages. Jason is also an author for "Venture Forward: Lessons from Leaders" and serves as Chapter Director for Startup Grind, fostering a global community of entrepreneurs. In addition, Jason holds a prominent role as a member and sponsor at Boston Harbor Angels and as Director of Venture Capital at Equity Venture Partners. Previous entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding MatterVest and ImpactSeeker, alongside experience as an associate at a private family office and as an angel investment intern. Jason's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Management in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson College and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Colgate University.
