Cynthia DeLuca is an accomplished author and educator in the real estate sector, currently serving as an author with The Standout Agent since February 2021, where Cynthia helps aspiring agents build successful, autonomous real estate careers. As an author for The High Heels Landlord since November 2017, Cynthia empowers women to achieve financial freedom through real estate investment. Additionally, Cynthia has authored "Fill'er Up," a practical guide for landlords. With extensive teaching experience, Cynthia instructs continuing education courses for Florida Realtors and has held various real estate titles, including instructor and broker, since beginning their career in October 1999. Cynthia holds an Associate of Science degree in Graphic Design from the Southeast Design Center.
