Barbara Dye

Barbara Dye has extensive work experience spanning several industries. Barbara began their career as a General Manager at Red Roof Inns in 1988. In 1995, they transitioned to the Hospitality Management Company, where they served as the Director of Operations until 2000. Barbara then joined Coldwell Banker HPW in 2004 as a Recruiting and Training specialist, a role they held for 16 years until 2020. Most recently, they have been working at ERA Live Moore Real Estate, initially as the Director of Talent Attraction and then as the Executive Director of Talent Attraction.

Barbara Dye obtained their Bachelor's degree in Hotel Rest. and Institutional MGMT from Penn State University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Barbara later attended HPW REAL ESTATE SCHOOL to acquire a license as a NC Licensed REALTOR.
