Barry Chan

Barry Chan has a diverse work experience in various industries. Barry started their career as a Sales Executive at Exel Singapore in 2004 and then moved on to roles as a Senior Sales Executive at DHL Global Forwarding (Singapore) Pte Ltd and DHL Global Forwarding, where they were responsible for major account management and trade lane development. In 2008, they joined TNT Worldwide Express (S) Pte Ltd as a Freight Sales Manager, where they developed strategies to penetrate new industries and provided customized solutions to customers.

Barry then transitioned to the real estate industry, joining ERA Real Estate in 2009 as a Marketing Director. Barry assisted clients in their real estate investments, from buying and selling properties to providing end-to-end support throughout the process. Barry continued their real estate career at PropNex Realty Pte Ltd as a Senior Associate Marketing Director, where they marketed residential properties and developed marketing strategies for local and foreign clients.

In 2014, Barry briefly worked as a Marketing Manager at Techcon Investment Pte Ltd, where they were responsible for marketing the Ezo Self Service Order and Payment Kiosk to F&B, attractions, malls, and digital media signage. Barry then returned to PropNex Realty Pte Ltd as a Senior Associate Marketing Director, focusing on marketing residential properties.

Most recently, in 2022, Barry joined PropNex Realty Pte Ltd once again, this time as a Senior Associate Marketing Director.

Barry Chan attended Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing & Management. Barry also pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management & Marketing at Curtin University. Additionally, Barry received a diploma in Travel & Tourism from IATA and diplomas in Sales & Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Singapore. Furthermore, they obtained a certificate in Sales & Marketing from the same institute.
