Rob Mercier

Rob Mercier is an accomplished real estate professional and musician with extensive experience in both fields. As the owner of Mercier Realty Rentals since April 1975, Rob manages 18 rental units and maintains several Land Contracts. In addition, Rob serves as a Real Estate Broker Associate at ERA Team VP Real Estate, providing dedicated service to clients for property transactions. With over 30 years in the real estate industry, Rob has successfully sold over 2,300 properties across various categories, including residential, commercial, and rentals. Outside of real estate, Rob is a dedicated musician, playing guitar and serving as a singer and booking agent for the 7-piece rock band The Usual Suspects. Rob's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Jamestown Community College.
