Sofia Baouch

Sofia Baouch is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in payroll and human resources management. Currently serving as Responsable Paie RH at ERAS Ingénierie since November 2022, Sofia previously held the position of Chargée de Missions RH at EPALIA for nearly three years. Earlier roles include Assistante RH at Orial and Boehringer Ingelheim, and Assistante RH at GSF, where responsibilities encompassed personnel administration, payroll processing, and training management. Sofia began professional experience as a Factrice with LA POSTE.
