Steve Taitoko

Steve Taitoko has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles and industries. Steve is the Co-Founder & CEO of Eratos since May 2019. Prior to that, they were the Founder & Director of ekara from February 2018 to July 2021, and of Midair Insights from October 2017 to July 2021. Steve served as the Chairman of Rosemary Health, a start-up focused on medication accessibility and adherence, from September 2018 to March 2020.

In addition, Steve has experience as the Managing Director and later as a Non-Executive Director of XM2 Group from July 2016 to September 2017, and from August 2015 to July 2016, respectively. Steve also worked as the CEO of UnLtd. undoing youth disadvantage from October 2015 to June 2016.

Steve has leadership experience in the tourism industry, having served as the CEO - Asia Pacific, Africa & China, and later as the Chief Operating Officer of Magic Memories. Steve was responsible for driving growth and operational excellence across diverse tourist attractions and theme parks worldwide from October 2014 to June 2015, and from July 2012 to October 2014, respectively.

Before this, Steve held the role of Managing Director at 24sevenpeople from July 2006 to July 2012. Steve also served as the Vice Chairman of the New Zealand Victoria Business Group, facilitating connections between Victorian and New Zealand businesses, from June 2006 to 2011.

Steve began their career as a Principal Consultant at iKapita from May 2005 to July 2006.

Steve Taitoko completed an Executive Education Program at the d.school: Institute of Design at Stanford University from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their MBA at RMIT University from 2001 to 2002. In 1994, they obtained a CA degree from the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
