Udo Berner

Udo Berner is an economist by profession. He has been the chairman of the Supervisory Board of ERBUD SA since 2009.

In the years 1976-1979 he worked in the economic division of a construction company in Stuttgart. In the years 1979-1991 he held managerial positions at Imbau GmbH in Stuttgart. From 1992 to 1996, he managed the main branch of Bilfinger + Berger AG based in Stuttgart.

For the next two years of his professional activity, he was a member of the management board of Imbau GmbH based in Frankfurt, and in the years 2002-2008 he was a member of the management board of Bilfinger Berger Real Estate GmbH and Bilfinger + Berger Hochbau GmbH in the same city.

Since 2009, he has been the President of the Management Board of Wolff & Müller Holding GmbH & Co. KG.
