Ben Hughes

Ben Hughes has extensive work experience in strategic procurement and sourcing. Ben has held various roles at different companies throughout their career. Most recently, they worked at ERCO Worldwide as the Senior Director of Strategic Procurement, where they led a procurement transformation project. Prior to that, they were the Director of Global Indirect Spend at McCain Foods, responsible for managing various business services categories. Before that, they worked at Maple Leaf Foods Inc in multiple roles, including Sourcing Director Operations & Capital and Director of Supply Management Bakery. Ben also worked at Procter & Gamble as a Category Buyer, where they focused on strategic sourcing for marketing expenditures. Additionally, they gained experience at BMW Group UK Limited as a Buyer, focusing on global sourcing of vehicle body panel tooling.

Ben Hughes completed their education at the University of the West of England from 2001 to 2006. Ben earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in International Business. Prior to attending university, they attended Newent Community School from 1999 to 2006, but they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study there. Additionally, they had a membership at the MCIPS Chartered institute of purchasing and supply, but the dates or details of this education are unknown.
