Meena Ketan Baral

Meena Ketan Baral is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and system analysis within the electrical power industry. Currently serving as a Senior System Analyst at ERCOT since May 2020, Meena previously held roles at Oncor Electric Delivery as a Senior Software Engineer focused on Smart Grid & Communication, and at Siemens as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Digital Grid solutions. Meena's expertise includes the development and customization of automation solutions for Electrical Power Systems, as well as technical support and enhancements for various Energy Management System features. Earlier career experience includes positions at IBM, Amdocs, and Perot Systems, with a solid foundation in software development, application analysis, and project coordination. Meena holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Utkal University.
