Jaymie Martin

Jaymie Martin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process specialization and business analysis. Currently serving as a Sr. Process Specialist/Business Analyst at Erecruit since February 2016, Jaymie focuses on testing enhancements for enterprise staffing software and implementing solutions for new clients. Prior to this role, Jaymie worked as a Business Analyst at Newbury Consulting Group from April 2014 to February 2016. Jaymie's career also includes a long tenure at Advantage Technical Resourcing, where as Director of Financial Operations from August 1977 to March 2014, responsibilities included managing payroll, billing, and accounts receivables for a $600 million technical staffing organization, overseeing payroll for over 10,000 employees and leading a team of 25 individuals across multiple management positions.
