Heiko Ahrens

Heiko Ahrens has a strong background in the renewable energy industry, with an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Heiko started their career in 1996 as a Field Technician at E.ON Netz (formerly PreussenElektra Netz and now TenneT), where they worked until 2006. Heiko then joined WindStrom BuV. (now Enertrag) as a Betriebsführer until 2008. After that, they worked as a Plant Operator at RWE Innogy Windpower Hannover GmbH from 2010 to 2012. Heiko then transitioned to RWE Innogy GmbH as an Operations Manager from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, Heiko took on various roles, first as a Resource Coordinator at Siemens Windpower, then as a Quality Inspector at Siemens Windpower Service Division, and later as an Operations Manager at Enerparc AG. In 2016, they joined the Veja Mate Offshore Project as an Operations Engineer, where they worked until 2022. Heiko then joined Connected Infrastructure Capital as a Technical Asset Manager from 2022 until 2023. Currently, Heiko holds the position of Technical Manager at ERG Spa. Their diverse experience and expertise in the renewable energy sector make him a valuable asset to any organization in the industry.

Heiko Ahrens completed their education in the field of Maschinenbau (mechanical engineering) from 2008 to 2010 at Dr. W. Blindow. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Quality Management Representative (QMB) from Certeuropa GmbH. The details of when the certification was obtained are not provided.
