Serena Reboa

Serena Reboa has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Serena started their career as an Avvocato Collaboratore at Rosso & Tirelli Studio Legale Associato from July 2008 to September 2013. Serena then joined G.G. Holding S.r.l. as a Coordinatore legale from December 2014 to December 2016. In January 2014, Serena worked as a Consulente Legale at QUI! Group until December 2014. Serena also served as the Avvocato Responsabile ufficio legale at QUI! Group from January 2015 to September 2018, along with being a Membro Organismo di Vigilanza from March 2015 to July 2018.

Serena Reboa then joined FoReat Srl in May 2014 as the General Counsel e membro del Consiglio di Amministrazione (Food & Beverage), a position they held until an unspecified date in 2017. From January 2020 to July 2020, Serena worked at Duferco Energia SpA as a Secondee - Legal Counsel (sostituzione maternità Responsabile Ufficio Legale).

Serena Reboa has a diverse education history. In 1998, they attended Liceo Classico Andrea D'ORIA, where they completed their secondary education. From 2003 to 2008, Serena pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the Università degli Studi di Genova, specializing in Jurisprudence. Serena continued their studies at the same university from 2009 to 2010, completing a specialization course for Legal Professions and obtaining a Diploma of Specialization. Their specialization thesis focused on the applicable law to trusts. In 2010, Serena attended the Corso Pratico Ius & Law to prepare for the written bar exam to become a lawyer. In 2011, they obtained their professional license as a lawyer from the Corte di Appello di Genova. During the same year, Serena also participated in the Scuola di Formazione giuridica avanzata, where they took a course for becoming an ordinary magistrate. In 2013, Serena attended the Corso Avanzato Responsabilità del Medico e della Struttura Sanitaria, a medical responsibility course. Lastly, in 2016, they completed an Executive Programma di Sviluppo Manageriale intensivo at SDA Bocconi.
