Stefano de Biase

Stefano De Biase has worked at ERG SpA as a Legal Counsel Wind & BD since July 2019. In this role, they provide legal advice on the construction, operation, and revamping of wind plants, focusing on contract negotiation and permitting. Stefano also assists the BD and M&A teams in project development and acquisitions.

Before joining ERG SpA, Stefano worked as a lawyer at Studio Legale LC&P from July 2008 to July 2019.

Stefano De Biase completed their education at Università degli Studi di Genova from 2003 to 2008. During this time, they earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Law as well as a Laurea degree in Giurisprudenza.
