Matt Pointon

Matt Pointon is currently the Wellington Office Lead & Protection Section Lead at Ergo Consulting Ltd since January 2024. Previously, he held the position of Section Lead - Technical Specialist Engineers at the same company from December 2022 to October 2023. Prior to joining Ergo Consulting Ltd, he was the Asset Engineering Manager and Planning Engineer Secondary Assets at Wellington Electricity from April 2018 to November 2022. Before that, he worked as a HV Power Technician at Northpower from 2011 to April 2018. Matt also has experience as an Electrician at Linework and Stones Ltd from 2006 to 2011. He obtained his education from Wintec - Waikato Institute of Technology, ETITO, and Victoria University of Wellington.
