Kostis Karatzas

Kostis Karatzas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality, culture, and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Outlier Hospitality and Founder of Elliot and The Modernist, Kostis is dedicated to delivering tailored solutions and authentic experiences while promoting joy and curiosity. As Founder and Director of The Greek Foundation, efforts are focused on cultural exchange and the promotion of Greek culture globally. In partnership with ERGON FOODS, Kostis exemplifies a commitment to passionate work. Additionally, as Managing Director at Central Properties, emphasis is placed on real estate investment in Greece. Previous roles include Executive Board Member at Coralia and VP & Board Member at IANOS. Kostis holds an MBA from Imperial College London, an MSc in Emergent Technologies and Design from Architectural Association, and a MEng in Civil Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
