Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional in the fields of nutrition, education, and business management. Serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also worked as a Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
