Elena Folini

Elena Folini is currently the Head of Human Resources at Ergon Informatik AG since November 2019. Prior to this role, she held various HR positions at Swisscom from March 2006 to October 2019, including Head of Human Resources Products & Marketing and Diversity, Head of Human Resources for Small & Medium Enterprises, and HR Management Consultant. Before her time at Swisscom, she worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Zurich from January 2000 to July 2005. Elena has also pursued further education, including a Fortbildung in der Technik der operativen Gruppe at Institutionsberatung GmbH from 2021 to 2023, a Mediatorin FSM degree from Institut für systemische Entwicklung und Fortbildung (ief) in Zürich from 2018 to 2019, a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Zurich from 2000 to 2005, and a Master of Arts in History from the University of Zurich from 1992 to 1999.
