Joseph Coughlin (Inactive)

Joseph Coughlin, CPA (Inactive), has a diverse and extensive work experience. Joseph currently serves on the Board of Directors for EDCO Products, Inc., a leading manufacturer of exterior building materials. Prior to that, they worked at Ergotron as the Executive Vice President & CFO, where they played a vital role in designing and manufacturing innovative work environments. Joseph also held the position of Executive Vice President & CFO at Twin City Fan Companies, Ltd, a global company manufacturing air moving equipment. Before that, they were the CFO at BERMO Inc., a multinational manufacturer specializing in electronic enclosures and value-added assembly. Joseph began their career at RSM McGladrey as a Senior Manager.

Joseph Coughlin, CPA (Inactive), obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of St. Thomas between 1984 and 1988. Joseph further obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the Minnesota Board of Accountancy in April 1992. Additionally, Joseph obtained the Chartered Global Management Accountant certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in August 2012.
