Harold Mendiola

Harold Mendiola is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT and customer support management. Currently serving as Customer Support Manager at ERI since September 2021, Harold previously held various leadership roles at BNP Paribas from February 2009 to March 2021, including Co-Head of the WM IT Ops Division and Senior Business Analyst. Prior experience includes positions such as Analyst Programmer at Misys International Banking Systems Inc. and UOB, among others. Harold holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of the Philippines Diliman, completed in 2000, and a High School Diploma from La Consolacion College - Binan, earned in 1995.
