Constance Fan has worked as an Associate at Eric Salmon & Partners since March 2012. Prior to this, Constance was an Associate Consultant at Futurestep from July 2009 to March 2012, and an HR Assistant at Autoliv from December 2007 to July 2009. With a background in executive search and HR, Constance has experience working with top-level global companies and managing talent assessment and management issues.
