Wai-Leong Chan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Wai-Leong is currently the Managing Partner, Asia at Eric Salmon & Partners, a leading executive search and leadership advisory firm. Prior to that, they were a Board Member and Chair of the Nominations Committee at AWWA, a welfare organization in Singapore. Wai-Leong also served as a Board Director at PHILAB Holdings, a company involved in supplying life science equipment. Additionally, Wai-Leong has worked as an Independent Board Director at Interplex Holdings Ltd., formerly known as Amtek Engineering Ltd. Wai-Leong was also a Co-founder and Partner at DTCA - Executive Search Partners in Asia. Wai-Leong Chan received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University from 1981 to 1984. Wai-Leong then completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management in 1985.
