Kelly Marcotte

Kelly Marcotte is an experienced learning and development leader currently serving as Vice President and Head of Learning and Development for North America at Ericsson since April 2019. In this role, Kelly drives strategic learning programs by collaborating with C-Suite executives and Subject Matter Experts to develop innovative solutions that enhance business performance. Previously, Kelly held positions at FedEx Office as a Learning Instructional Designer/Consultant, and at Ericsson as a Learning and Development Consultant, where focus was on aligning learning solutions with business strategies. Earlier experience includes roles as a Procurement Administrator at CROSSMARK, where substantial cost savings were achieved, and as a Technical Recruiter at Insight Global. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Retailing and Consumer Sciences from the University of Arizona.
