Charlie Hall serves as the Global Head of Talent Enablement at Pinterest since November 2021, overseeing teams focused on Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Global Mobility, People Insights & Analytics, and Contingent Workforce Management. Prior to this role, Charlie spent over 17 years at Mastercard, holding various senior positions including Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Deployment, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, and Senior Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included driving diverse talent acquisition, workforce deployment strategies, and human resource strategies across multiple divisions. Earlier experience at Amdocs, Inc. included serving as Human Resource Manager, where Charlie led the Talent Acquisition function in North America.
