Sudakshina Laha

Sudakshina Laha is an experienced leader in the technology sector, currently serving as Head of Services for IT Managed Services and Application Development and Maintenance at Ericsson, a role held since March 2013. Sudakshina has held various leadership positions, including Head of Industrialization, Automation and Tools, and Head of Test & Automation within Ericsson's Digital Services division. Prior to Ericsson, Sudakshina was Global Practice Head at Aricent, directing Carrier Services and Solutions, and held several engineering and project management roles at Hughes Software Systems. Sudakshina’s educational background includes a Master of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Jadavpur University, complemented by business studies at Columbia Business School.
