Alycia Briggs

Alycia Briggs is a seasoned Human Resources professional with experience spanning various roles in the HR field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Information System Specialist and Benefits Assistant at Erie County Medical Center Corporation since October 2019, Alycia is responsible for daily HR operations, including employee relations and personnel management. Prior to this, Alycia worked as an HR Coordinator at API Delevan, where responsibilities included overseeing HR tasks for the electronic component manufacturer. Earlier experience includes a temporary HR position at Thomson Linear/API Delevan, where direct management of HR functions and employee education on HR policies were key duties. Alycia holds a Master's Certificate in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching, both from Buffalo State University.
