Cathy Reczek

Cathy Reczek is a seasoned Nursing Education/Implementation Specialist with over 15 years of experience at Erie County Medical Center Corporation, where notable accomplishments include completing the ECMC Train the Trainer program, contributing to the development of a new onboarding process for 200 new residents annually, and establishing improved filing and organizational practices. Prior to this role, Cathy served as a Toll Collector at the NYS Thruway Authority from 1997 to 2009, where responsibilities included accurate collection and deposit of funds. Cathy Reczek holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Hilbert College.
