Heidi Wilson

Heidi Wilson is currently the Director at North Memorial Health. Prior to their current position, they served as the Retired SVP and General Counsel of Tennant Company from August 2003 to October 2017. Wilson has also held the title of Vice President and General Counsel at The Musicland Group from January 1995 to December 2001. There, they were responsible for the legal department, board governance, and leasing arrangements for the stores. During their time with The Musicland Group, the company went through financial restructuring, achieved a turn around, and was sold to Best Buy in 2001. From December 2015 to June 2017, Wilson served as a member of both the Board of Health East and of Audit and Executive Committees. Her Board term ended when HealthEast combined with the Fairview Health System. Lastly, Wilson has also been a Partner at General Counsel Ltd from January 2003 to December 2003 and Sr. Legal Counsel at Medtronic, Inc. from January 1993 to December 1995.

Heidi Wilson earned a B.A. in English from Macalester College in 1976 and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.
