Natalie Wasieczko

Natalie Wasieczko is an experienced professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Program Coordinator for the Erie County Medical Center Corporation since March 2017. In this role, Natalie manages DE&I programming, facilitates Employee Resource Networks, and collaborates with external vendors to enhance community engagement. Additionally, Natalie founded Queen City Revival, an initiative aimed at uniting young professionals in the Buffalo-Niagara area through volunteerism. Prior to these roles, Natalie held various positions at Wegmans Food Markets, contributing to customer service and corporate marketing efforts. Academically, Natalie holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Medaille University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo, complemented by an Associate's Degree in Fashion Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
