Katey Cross

Katey Cross worked as a Support Center Manager at Erie Federal Credit Union from November 2015 to July 2023. Katey then transitioned to the role of Director of Community Outreach at the same company in July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Call Center Support Representative at Northwest Bank from January 2008 to November 2015.

Katey Cross has studied Psychology at Gannon University. Additionally, they have obtained a CDCFC certification from the Erie Federal Credit Union in July 2023.
