Erin Parker has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Erin started their career as a Multi Line Claims Adjuster at Erie Insurance Group in 1997, where they were responsible for handling personal and commercial line claims. Erin then moved on to become a Claims Litigation Examiner, managing an area and ensuring regulatory compliance while maximizing profitability. Erin subsequently served as the VP & Claims Manager for Illinois, overseeing claim operations and analyzing office efficiency. In 2014, they were promoted to V.P Claims Manager, where they directed and managed claims office operations and talent management. Most recently, Erin was appointed as the Vice President of Claims Litigation and Examination at Erie Insurance Group, where they maximize data analytics for decision making and sets goals for the claims organization. In addition to their insurance career, Erin also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Gannon University from 2007 to 2010, where they prepared teaching plans, worked with students and colleagues, and maintained curriculum standards.

Erin Parker obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Police Science, with a specialization in Loss Control, from Mercyhurst University from 1986 to 1990. Erin later pursued a Masters and Associate degree in studies related to Insurance Management and Claims at Boston University between 2006 and 2009.
