Lee'A T.

Lee'a T. has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in the IT industry. Starting from 2003, they worked at Erie Insurance Group, where they held various positions including IT Client Services Analyst, Sr. IT Analyst, and Information Technology Supervisor. In these roles, Lee'a was responsible for conducting statistical reporting and analysis, reviewing business processes for improvement, and managing the IT Intern Program. They also served as the Director of Customer Service Operations, contributing to the strategic planning and execution of Contact Center operations. Additionally, Lee'a held roles as an IT Analyst, Helpdesk Technician, and Erie IT Service Desk Team Lead. In 2022, they joined The Corporate Class as the COO/Co-Founder, where they focused on providing consultative services and developmental programs for young women in the city of Erie.

Lee'a T. graduated summa cum laude from Gannon University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including the Executive Leadership Program, Certificate of Completion from the Black Insurance Industry Collective in 2023, a Certificate of Completion from the National African American Women's Leadership Institute in 2022, and a Certificate of Achievement in Skills for Success from Dale Carnegie Training in 2014. Lee'a also holds certifications in ccSigma Yellow Belt from Insite Managed Solutions and ITIL Foundation v3 Certification from Loyalist Certification Services, both obtained in 2014 and 2012 respectively.
