Silvi Kadampattu is a seasoned professional in the field of business analysis with extensive experience in the insurance and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Erie Insurance Group since May 2024, Silvi previously held the position of Guidewire Business Analyst at Western Reserve Group from October 2021 to April 2024. Prior to that, Silvi worked as an Assistant Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services for over 14 years, from March 2007 to September 2021. Silvi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Anna University Chennai and completed secondary education at Dav Sr Sec School in India.
