William A. Salter

William A. Salter, CIC, currently serves as a Director on the Board at Big I WNY and has held the position of Senior District Sales Manager at Erie Insurance Group since March 2015. In this role, William also moderates the Sales & Marketing Division Employee Task Force, which provides a platform for employee feedback to enhance workplace satisfaction. Prior to Erie Insurance Group, William gained experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from June 2011 to March 2015 in various roles, including District Sales Manager and Liability Adjuster. Academically, William earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation from The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from St. John Fisher University. Additionally, William briefly attended Richmond American University London in 2010.
