Jessica Mattison

Jessica Mattison has an extensive work experience in the fields of engineering, materials, and chemistry. Jessica is currently the Director of Engineering and Materials at ERIKS Seals and Plastics, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Materials and Technology Services Manager at the same company from December 2019 to May 2022. Before joining ERIKS, Jessica worked at Parco, Inc. for eight years, where they held the positions of Research & Development Manager and Chemist. In these roles, they were responsible for improving nonconforming batches, developing new compound formulations, and providing technical assistance to production. In addition, they have previous experience as a Junior Chemist and Co-op student at Metropolitan Water District, where they performed various analytical and support tasks related to organic and inorganic chemistry.

Jessica Mattison has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Chemistry from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, which they completed from 2002 to 2006. Jessica later pursued a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from the same university, which they completed from 2006 to 2008.
