Kathe Willings

Kathe Willings, PHR has extensive experience in human resources, having served as Director of Human Resources at ERISA Services, Inc., Osage Echota Corporation, and Office Manager at East Tennessee Heart Consultants. Kathe holds a PHR Certification in Human Resources Development and received their re-certification in 2013. Willings graduated from Carter High School in 1981.
