David Garrett

David Garrett has extensive experience in the healthcare and information technology fields. David has held various executive positions throughout their career, including roles as an SVP & CIO at Erlanger Health System, Novant Health, Palmetto Health, Baptist Health Care, and Venice Hospital. David also has experience as an Executive healthcare and CIO Consultant at HEAL:IT, LLC. David has expertise in healthcare technology and has served in interim positions at Health First. Prior to their healthcare career, they worked as a VP Pharmacy Division at IBAX and as a Director of Information Technology at Royal Caribbean Intl Cruise. David's career began as a Programmer Analyst at Dynamixs.

David Garrett has a Master of Science - MS degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Troy University, which they obtained in 2003. In 1989, they earned a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Information Technology from the University of Central Florida. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Florida Atlantic University in 1977.
