Debbie Reeves has a strong background in the healthcare industry with various roles and positions throughout their career. Debbie began working at Parkridge Medical Center in 2000 as an Associate Administrator before moving up to the role of System CNO at Parkridge Medical Center - HCA in 2002. After that, they joined Hutcheson Medical Center in 2007 as CNO and later became Administrator/CEO at Erlanger at Hutcheson in 2011. In 2012, they transitioned to Erlanger Medical Center, where they held the positions of Associate Chief Clinical Quality and Patient Safety Officer MS, BSN, CNOR, and Chief Clinical Quality Officer. Debbie'smost recent position is Senior Quality and Nursing Administration at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital, where they have been since 2014.

Debbie Reeves holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in MHA from the University of Saint Francis, which they obtained from 1996 to 1998. Debbie also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nursing Practice from Southern University, where they studied from 1985 to 1988. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree with a focus on Nursing at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, starting from 2012.
